Cashew Cranberry Cinnamon Bar. ingredients: Cashews contain less fat than most nuts (13g per oz), and 75% of it is monounsaturated fat. Cashews are rich in oleic acid (think olive oil), Cashews are good for cardiovascular health; 1/4 cup or 1 oz provides 35% RDA of copper; 25% RDA of magnesium.

Cranberries are high in antioxidants, they have the highest level of phenols; Cranberries are high in anthocyanins; They protect against liver disease, lower blood pressure, improve cardiovascular health and boost brain power.

Dates are a nutrient power house, they contain 15% RDA of potassium, dietary fiber. magnesium, b-vitamins and iron. Dates are a sweet low fat snack with 24 calories per piece.

Just 5-6 dates equal a serving of fruit.

Cinnamon. Ceylon Cinnamon contains potassium, magnesium, calcium. It has antiviral -, antibacterial-, and antifungal properties. Ceylon Cinnamon is probiotic, reduces blood pressure, lowers blood sugar, relieves digestive discomfort and has anti-inflammatory effects.
